This policy explains how AI Free Today (aifreetoday.com) handles personal information, including your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws.

What we collect

Technical access data. Your IP address, browser and the pages you visit are logged by our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) to keep the site secure and working.
Usage statistics. We count visits and pages in aggregate, by source (search, shared links, partner pages, direct), without identifying you. A visit cookie (ds_v, 30 minutes) remembers the source within a visit. When you use a share button, we record only which network you picked.
Email. If you write to us, we use your address only to reply.

We don’t sell personal information for money. We don’t show ads and don’t share it for advertising. We don’t ask you to create an account.

How long we keep it

Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days. Emails are kept as long as needed to answer you.

Your rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email contact@aifreetoday.com and we’ll respond within 45 days. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
